Your adventure begins with a thrilling 30-minute flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, where you’ll be greeted by towering mountains and warm Sherpa hospitality. As you trek along the scenic path alongside the Dudhkoshi River, you’ll pass through picturesque Sherpa villages and ascend the famous Namche Hill, eventually arriving at the well-known Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar. Often referred to as “Mini Thamel,” here you’ll find everything from shopping and coffee shops to bars and bakeries. Continuing the trek, you’ll reach the fascinating Buddhist Tengboche Monastery, located on top of a hill. See the majestic mountains like Mount Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Kangtega, Thamserku, and more up close. The path offers great opportunities to encounter local wildlife such as the Nepali national bird, the Daphe (Lophophorus), as well as mountain goats, golden eagles, and musk deer.

The highlight of your journey is the impressive Tengboche Monastery, the largest monastery in the Khumbu Valley and a center of religious faith. Here, you’ll witness spectacular vistas of the Khumbu Himalaya Mountain range, with the sun casting its golden glow upon the magnificent Ama Dablam and Nuptse wall, creating an enchanting spectacle.

After exploring Tengboche Monastery and its surroundings, you’ll trek back to Khumjung village, the largest Sherpa village in the Everest region.
