Kathmandu – Co-operating with Tourism Board, Mid Western and Far Western entrepreneur bounded Tourism Development Society (TDAS) opened 7 new travel destinations of the west on Monday.
In front of tourism entrepreneurs, campaigners, and reporters presented at Tourism Board head office Brikutimandap, Kathmandu TDAS chief Krishna Bahadur Mahara said that we can easily reach the destination by airway and roadway from Kathmandu.
The destination which is examined and the public by the entrepreneur have 16days far-west heritage footway, 13 days Api Himal base camp foot trip, Ramaroshan Simshar area 6 days package, Khaptad 8 days tour package, Kaptad to Mugu Rara lake great Himalayan trail package. Chief of TDAS Mahara also announced the Bardia Shuklafhat tour package located near to Dhangadi airport.
Hotel executive and TDAS chief Mahara also inform other tour operators and umbrella organization members about three rivers where canoeing and rafting can be done Seti Karnali 5 days, Upper Karnali 4 Days, and Bheri Karnali. TDAS also notice that there are more than one dozen historical and pilgrimage destinations in this region.
According to western Hotel Associations member Gopal Hamal, far-western hotel entrepreneurs are ready and capable to provide good standard services to tourists. He also states that the participation of local people in homestay facilities is increasing.
