Ambar Tamang is from Solukhumbu, the lower section of the Mt. Everest region. His small village called Lumsa is off the main trekking route. He started his career in trekking in 1994 as a cook helper. He has received enough training, participated in many different workshops, and attended seminars related to culture and sustainable tourism. He has been working in tourism, especially outdoor trips, since 1994, and as a trekking guide since 1998. He has over 25 years of experience and a keen knowledge of the mountain tourism business in Nepal. He has trekked and explored most parts of the Nepal Himalayan Valleys, climbed three technical mountain peaks, and specializes in exploring off-the-beaten-track adventures. Currently, he lives with his wife and family near Boudha, Kathmandu. He has a great passion for photography and travel videography.

He comes from Solukhumbu, a place near Mount Everest in Nepal. He’s a skilled and important member of Blossom Expeditions, doing trekking work since 2007. In 2012, he got training as a guide from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM). He also got Eco leadership training, which covers First Aid, from the Kathmandu Environments Education Project (KEEP). Besides, he’s explored many famous trekking areas like Everest, Langtang, Annapurna, Dolpo, Mustang, Manaslu, and even Tibet.
He’s a skilled climbing guide and accomplished climber from the distant village of Gorakhani in Solukhumbu. He has been part of several expeditions, tackling peaks like Mt. Dhaulagiri, Lhotse, Mt. Everest, and Manaslu, along with numerous Trekking Peaks. His climbing journey started in 2001, and he’s undergone basic and advanced mountaineering training from the Nepal Mountaineering Association. Additionally, he received guide training from the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM).
Pasang Dorjee is a senior experienced trekking and climbing guide from Solukhumbu, Nepal, with more than 25 years of experience. He has worked in many far-off trekking areas in the Nepal Himalayas and has received training from well-known institutions like the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) and the Kathmandu Environments Education Project (KEEP), where he learned about First Aid.
He is the best and most experienced team member in the company and has more than 25 years of experience in trekking. Works as a cook. He has traveled most part of the Himalayan region of Nepal. This person is a great source of information for the company and is really good at cooking food for trekkers and mountaineers in any situation.
Born in lower Solukhumbu, he began his trekking journey in 1994 as a porter, swiftly advancing to the role of an assistant guide. Speaks English, Japanese, and Tibetan languages, and he holds vast experience in exploring different regions of Nepal and Tibet. Presently, he is a valuable team member at Blossom Expeditions. He received guide training at the Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM) and underwent Eco leadership training at the Kathmandu Environment Education Project (KEEP), including first aid. Additionally, he has actively participated in various training programs, workshops, and seminars focusing on culture and sustainable tourism.
