The trip operates by Blossom Expeditions Pvt. Ltd, Trading as Blossom Expeditions have our office in 12-Kapan, Kathmandu, Nepal.

The Contract
These Booking Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. The Booking Conditions constitute a legally required contract between Blossom Expeditions and you for the services provided by Blossom Expeditions and set out the basis of your legal relationship with Blossom Expeditions. By booking with us, at least 25% of the trip cost non-refundable deposit is required, depending on the length and type of trip. The deposit should be paid 60 days in advance. In addition to this deposit, some trekking permits or domestic air tickets are required to be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-changeable. The remainder of the payment must be made upon your arrival in Kathmandu. If you have any queries regarding these Conditions or do not understand them, please send your query to Blossom Expeditions. We will clarify them without delay.

1. Cost & Validity: The cost is on a twin-share basis and is based on costs and exchange rates valid when this brochure was printed. Blossom Expeditions reserves the right to adjust the cost, whether or not you have already made full payment. We will do everything within our control not to adjust the cost and will generally only adjust the cost in the event of noticeable fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel costs, and other operating costs on which the cost is based.
2. Cancellation by Blossom Expeditions: Blossom Expeditions reserves the right to cancel a trip, and we will advise you of alternative trips and cancellations no later than 30 days before the trip departure date. We will only cancel under certain conditions due to natural disasters, political crises, government restrictions, or any unexpected situation that arises. We will offer you alternative arrangements, and if the cost of your alternative trip is of lower value than the original trip, we will refund the difference to you. If you do not accept alternative arrangements, we will refund the deposit you have made to Blossom Expeditions. Blossom Expeditions will not be legally responsible for any additional costs incurred by you.
3. Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel the booking less than 60 days before the departure, you will lose your deposit. Blossom Expeditions’ cancellation penalties may apply. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilized.
4. Authority of the Leader: Blossom Expeditions’ guide or representative reserves the right to make the final decision likely to affect the safety and well-being of the trip. This includes any decision that the Blossom Expeditions guide makes about your ongoing participation in the trip or certain activities that comprise part of the trip. If you fail to comply with a decision made by a trip guide or interfere with the well-being of the group, then the trip guide reserves the right to terminate this contract and order you to leave the tour immediately, with no right of refund.
5. Complaints: If you have any complaints about your trip, you must talk with the trip guide as early as possible, or you are welcome to contact Blossom Expeditions before departing from Nepal. We will normally be able to take appropriate action. We always appreciate your complaints and suggestions.
